    This branch (and others) are incapable of timely assistance. This has been the case every single time I have been to here and to other branches. RBFCU’s model of a centralized call center turns branch employees into essentially bank hostesses. We waited on hold to complete a form (with the remote agent) and had to leave because 20+ minutes went by. In a nutshell, don’t expect a quick in and out service of any kind here.
