  Friendly service. Nice to know that if something happens to one tax preparer that there are other very experienced people to take care of you and your tax records are safe. The best insurance on the market and very friendly and knowledgeable staff who were happy to spend time and answer questions. Great value for the money. Highly recommended.

  I was just harassed by this guy when I called to let the office know that I was running a few minutes late for my appointment. While I was trying to register a complaint about this person's behavior, he takes the phone from a very nice lady I was talking to and hangs up on me. I have now placed a complaint with the HR Block Customer care. First bad experience after being a customer for 10 years. Looking for other avenues to place a complaint as well.
