  My husband and I purchased a business and wanted to open a business account. Our partners have another account for the business at Chase already. Despite showing paperwork that we are majority owners of the business, we were told in Chas's eyes, our partners are the owners of the business, and therefore if we open another account it will just go on their profile. I asked if we should close the 1st account… she said she could not advise that. I asked what paperwork I need to provide to her to show the ownership has changed… she said she could not answer that. I asked what I needed to open an account, and she was unable to tell me. She suggested I go see a lawyer. A lawyer, to open a bank account, at the bank in which I was sitting. I asked her if she understood that this made no sense… she smiled and shook her head yes. Uzma Pasha was extremely unhelpful. I do not recommend Chase or Uzma Pasha.
